Outbound mail leaves through Amazon SES, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up as each domain is added — the records inbox providers check before they trust a sender.
Invisible by design
Your DNS records point at neutral hostnames, and sign-in codes and notices go out from your own address. If a message cannot be sent as you, it is not sent as us instead.

A built-in ticket desk runs from your client’s admin, to you, to us — with a diagnostic snapshot taken the moment the problem is reported, so nobody starts from “can you send a screenshot?”
Clients never cut off

How is the platform white-labelled to my brand?
Your name, logo and colours appear across the webmail, the installable web app, the admin panel and billing, and your clients sign in at your own domain. Sign-in codes and notices are sent from your own address, and your DNS records point at neutral hostnames, so GreenmorMail works purely as the infrastructure behind you and is not visible to your customers.
What does it cost to start, and is there a monthly fee?
There is no monthly platform fee. You pay a one-time setup fee for your tier: Custom Domain is ₹10,000 + GST (USD $120), and Custom Storage or Full Control is ₹20,000 + GST (USD $240). After that you pay wholesale only for what you sell: ₹758 (USD $9.60) per mailbox per year up to 499 active mailboxes, and ₹663 (USD $8.50) from 500.
How does billing work?
You connect your own payment gateway (Cashfree, Razorpay, Stripe or UPI) and bill your customers annually at your own prices, so their money goes straight to you. GreenmorMail totals your usage and settles with you weekly.
Can I try it before I pay?

How quickly is my partner account live?
Immediately. Your account is created and activated the moment the setup fee is paid, with no approval queue. Branding, pricing, your payment gateway and your domain are then set up from your own panel, and we can do it with you on a call.
Can I sell from my own panel or website?
Yes. The provisioning API lets your hosting panel, storefront or billing system create and manage mailboxes directly, with separate test and live keys, per-key permissions and signed webhooks. It is compatible with WHMCS: a ready-made provisioning module handles create, suspend, password changes, upgrades, renewals and termination from your WHMCS admin. Whether each client also gets a dashboard login is your choice.
Who manages customer support?
You own the customer relationship and provide first-line support. A built-in ticket desk runs from your client's own admin, to you, to us, with a diagnostic snapshot taken when the problem is reported, and GreenmorMail supports you at the infrastructure and technical level whenever you escalate.
Can I move my existing clients over?
Yes. The bulk migration tool imports mail over IMAP, one mailbox or a whole organisation at a time, and keeps each message's original date so the archive still reads in order. We can help you plan the first few moves.
Where is my clients' data hosted?
In the region you choose when you create your partner account: India, the European Union or the United States. On the Custom Storage and Full Control tiers your clients' data can be held in your own database.
Can I bring my own AI API connection?
At the partner level, AI credits are provisioned through GreenmorMail. Your end users can connect their own AI API keys, or use credits provided through your platform.
Can I offer only the marketing suite separately?
No. The platform is designed as one system combining email, productivity and marketing, and individual components are not offered as standalone products.
Can my clients white-label or resell it further?
Your clients can put their own logo and domain on their webmail, but the platform is built for direct client use and does not support further reselling layers.
