Do I really need a professional email address?

If clients pay you to represent them, yes. An address on your own domain looks established on proposals and invoices, and it stays yours however many clients come and go.

Can I manage several clients' inboxes?

Yes. Sign into several GreenmorMail mailboxes at once and switch between them without signing out, and connect clients' existing Gmail, Outlook or IMAP mailboxes so you can read and reply to them from the same window. Gmail and Outlook need an app password to connect.

Will my clients have to move their email?

No. Their mail can stay where it is — you connect their account and work from GreenmorMail. If a client does want to move, the migration tool imports their mail over IMAP with the original dates kept.

Can I use it on my phone or in Outlook?

Yes. Install the web app straight from your phone's browser, or connect Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail over IMAP and SMTP using the settings shown in your account.

Is it secure?

Sign-in can be protected with two-factor authentication and recovery codes, incoming mail is filtered for spam and viruses, and folders can be locked behind a second password. There is no advertising and no profiling, and we do not sell your data.
