Win the next gig before you even pitch

Hey,

If proposals, contracts and invoices still go out from a personal webmail address, clients notice — and your work life and your inbox blur together.

GreenmorMail gives you a professional address on your own domain with the tools a freelancer actually uses, for $2.50 a month, billed annually. Try it for two weeks; if something’s missing, write back to me.

BoundariesWork and life, mixedPersonal mail and client mail share the same notifications, all day and all weekend.

Questions

Email for freelancers, answered

Do I really need a domain email as a solo freelancer?

If you send proposals, contracts and invoices, yes. An address on your own domain looks established, keeps working if you change providers, and separates client work from personal mail.

Will this replace my personal Gmail?

It doesn't have to. Keep personal mail where it is and use your freelance address for client work. You can even connect your Gmail to read it in the same window.

How do I keep several clients organised?

Use folders per client, colour-coded calendar categories for their deadlines, and notes with reminders for follow-ups. Drive keeps each client's files beside your mail.

Can clients book time with me?

Yes. Booking links offer only times you're genuinely free, and the booking appears in your calendar.

What happens after the free trial?

Nothing automatic. The trial runs 14 days on your own domain with no card. If you continue, billing is yearly and renewal is manual.
