How does billing work?
You integrate your own payment gateway (Cashfree, Razorpay, or Stripe) and bill your customers annually. Greenmor Mail calculates your usage and settles bills with you on a weekly basis.
What does it cost me as a partner?
If you use Greenmor Mail’s SMTP infrastructure, pricing follows standard retail rates. If you bring your own SMTP setup, discounted pricing is available. For custom pricing details, you can connect with our team.
Can I bring my own AI API connection?
At the partner level, AI credits are provisioned through Greenmor Mail. However, end users can choose to connect their own AI APIs or use credits provided through your platform.
Can I offer only the marketing suite separately?
The platform is designed as a complete system, combining email and marketing capabilities. Individual components are not offered as standalone products.
Can my clients white-label their own webmail?
Clients can customize their webmail with their own logo and domain. However, the platform is structured for direct client usage and does not support further reselling layers.
Who manages customer support?
