Resetting Greenmor Mail Passwords

You have two different passwords on Greemor Mail – one for Admin Login and My Account, the other of your emails (Email Login).

For Admin/My Account Password Reset:
Step 1:
Go to My Account and click on Forgot Password Link.

  • Enter the username or email id used for registering on Greenmor Mail.
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset password.

Step 2:
Click the link and update your new password here. Make sure you use a strong password. This will change the password for Admin Login as well as My Account login.

For Email Account Password Reset:
Step 1:
Go to Admin Login and login to your account.

  • Select Overview menu and choose the domain of your email(s) you want to change the password of.

Step 2:
Under Actions, click the edit button to change password of the available email account.

  • Set your new password and save changes. Login to your Mailbox with your new password.

Common Troubleshooting:

  • Passwords should be strong (mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols)
  • Once changed, update your password in any connected mail apps (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) to continue receiving emails
