Profile Picture Setting for Gmail Recipients

Step 1:
Go to accounts.google.com and select Create account option (personal or business).

Step 1A:
If you choose “For work or my business” option, it asks you try google workspace or get a gmail address. Choose gmail address.

Step 2:
After filling up Name, DOB and Gender details click on “Use your existing email” option instead of adding a gmail address.

Step 3:
Add your custom email address and proceed with verification (code sent to email).

Step 4:
Complete your google profile with picture and other options. Gmail will show this image when emails are received from your domain.

• Once you have configured your Google Account with a custom email, you will also have access to various Google Apps!
