Monitoring Mailbox Usage on Greenmor Mail

Step 1:
Navigate to Settings

• Log in to webmail.greenmormail.com with your email address and password.
• Once logged in, look at the bottom-left corner of the webmail dashboard. You’ll see your current storage usage displayed as:

  E.g.: Disk usage: 56 KB / 5.0 GB (0%)

  A progress bar showing how much of your quota is filled.

Step 2:
Manage Storage Effectively

• Regularly delete unwanted emails (especially large attachments).
• Empty the Trash and Junk folders to free up space immediately.
• If you use POP3, ensure that your local email client downloads and removes emails from the server.

Step 3:
Prevent Mailbox Full Issues

• Keep at least 10–15% of your mailbox free to ensure smooth email delivery.
• If your mailbox is nearing capacity, move emails to local storage or an archive.
• Monitor your usage regularly to avoid mail delivery failures.
