Importing and Exporting Contacts in Greenmor Mail

Step 1:
Understand the Contact File Format:

• Greenmor Mail supports VCF (vCard) and CSV formats for contact import and export.

Step 2:
Import/Export a Contacts:

• Log in to webmail.greenmormail.com with your mailbox credentials.
• From the left sidebar, click Contacts.
• In the top panel, click Import or Export as needed.
• For export action, select the Group or a particular contact that you want to export.
• Upload your vCard or csv file from your device for import action and download your vCard file for export action.

• Microsoft Outlook / Office 365
• Apple Mail / iCloud / iOS
• Gmail
• Android
• Any service or client supporting VCF or CSV standard
