Importing and Exporting Calendars in Greenmor Mail

Step 1:
Things to Know Before Import/Export:

• Calendar files are exchanged in .ics (iCalendar) format.
• Imports create events in your current calendar — duplicates may appear if you re-import.
• Exports generate a file you can back up or move to another service.
• These actions are per mailbox and managed via the webmail interface.

Step 2A:
Import/Export a Calendar:

• Log in to webmail.greenmormail.com with your mailbox credentials.
• From the left sidebar, click Calendar.
• In the top panel, click Import or Export as needed.
• Upload your .ics file from your device for import action and download your .ics file for export action.

Step 2B:
Send Calendar Events via Email:

• Open the Calendar in webmail.
• Click on the event you want to share.
• Choose the Send option from the event menu.
• The event details will be sent as an .ics attachment to the recipient, allowing them to add it directly to their own calendar.

• Any service or client supporting iCalendar (.ics) standard
