Deleting or Changing a Mailbox on Greenmor Mail

Step 1:
Things to Know Before Deleting or Changing

  • Mailboxes are subscribed annually — unused tenure is not refundable or transferable.
  • Once deleted, a mailbox cannot be recovered and all data will be lost.
  • Always take a POP3 backup of your emails before deletion.

Step 2:
Deleting a Mailbox

  • Log in to admin.greenmormail.com with your admin credentials (not mailbox login).
  • Select the mailbox you want to delete.
  • Click del button.
  • Confirm deletion after ensuring you’ve backed up important emails.

Step 3:
Changing a Mailbox
If you want to update a mailbox (e.g., change john@yourdomain.com to info@yourdomain.com):

  • Follow the process of deleting the mailbox as said above.
  • After successful deletion of an exisitng mailbox, you’ll have the option to Add Mailbox without paying for a new a mailbox.
  • Configure the details of your new mail address.
  • Save changes.
  • The pending subscription duration of the deleted mailbox will be transferred to the new mailbox.
