Creating a Custom Email Signature in Greenmor Mail

Step 1:
Things to Know Before Creating a Signature

  • You can include text, links, and images (like a logo) in your signature.
  • Each mailbox can have a default signature applied automatically to new messages and replies.

Step 2:
Access the Signature Settings

  • Log in to webmail.greenmormail.com with your email address and password.
  • From the left sidebar click on Settings and select Identities.

Step 2:
Create or Update Your Signature

  • Click Create to add a new signature.
  • In the Signature box, type your desired content (name, designation, contact info, website link, etc.).
  • Use the HTML editor for formatting (bold text, colors, clickable links, or images).
  • Save changes once your signature looks correct.

Step 3:
Apply Signature Automatically

  • Enable the Set default option to automatically insert signature in all emails.
  • Or add signature manually when composing new messages or replies from the options above the composer.
