Creating Automatic Replies on Greenmor Mail

Step 1:
Navigate to Settings

  • Log in to webmail.greenmormail.com with your email address and password.
  • From the left sidebar click on Settings and select Filters.

Step 2:
Create a New Filter for Auto-Reply

  • Click Create to add a new filter.
  • Give your filter a name (e.g., “Vacation Auto-Reply”).
  • Under the For Scope section, choose All messages

Step 3:
Define the Auto-Reply Action

  • In the Actions section, select Reply with message.
  • Enter your auto-reply message (e.g., “Thank you for your email. I am currently out of office and will respond once I return.”).
  • You can also set conditions like for the number of days or specific folders if required.

Step 4:
Save and Activate

  • Click Save to apply the filter.
  • Ensure the filter is enabled (toggle switch ON).
  • Your automatic reply will now be sent to all incoming emails.

Important:

  • Auto-replies work only while the filter is active in your webmail.
  • To stop sending automatic replies, disable or delete the filter.
  • Avoid looping auto-replies with other auto-responders (check settings if emailing other systems).
