Adding Mailboxes on Greenmor Mail
Process A:
Step 1:
On greenmormail.com, choose the number of mailboxes you need for a single domain.
Step 2:
Log in with your existing Greenmor Mail account (instead of creating a new account).
Step 3:
Complete the payment using Card, Netbanking, or UPI.
Once your payment is successful, you’ll be redirected to the domain setup screen.
Step 4:
Enter the domain attached to your account or a new one that you wish to connect with Greenmor Mail.
If the domain is not already associated with your account, you will be provided with the following DNS records – CNAME, MX, SPF, and DMARC.
These need to be added to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
Common Troubleshooting:
- You can also find the same DNS records listed below. It may take 10 minutes to 48 hours for these records to fully propagate.
- To avoid delays, we recommend adding these records before you sign up. However, if you add them during signup and they don’t connect immediately, you can come back later to complete the process.
Step 5:
Log in to the admin panel and create or manage your custom mailboxes.
Step 6:
Your team can now log in with their mailbox credentials at: mail.greenmormail.com
Process B:
Step 1:
Go to admin.greenmormail.com. Log in with your admin credentials (not your mailbox login).
Step 2:
Navigate to Add Mailboxes > Buy Mailboxes.
Step 3:
Select the number of mailboxes you want to purchase and proceed with Steps 3-6 listed under Process A.
