Getting Started with Greenmor Mail
Step 1:
Choose how many mailboxes you need. You can create multiple mailboxes at once connected to a single domain.
To use additional domains under the same account, simply repeat this process (steps 1 to 7) for each domain.
Step 2:
If you’re a new user, create a Greenmor Mail account.
If you already have an account, just log in to continue.
Step 3:
Complete the payment using Card, Netbanking, or UPI.
Once your payment is successful, you’ll be redirected to the domain setup screen.
Step 4:
Enter the domain you wish to connect with Greenmor Mail.
If the domain is not already associated with any existing user account, you will be provided with the following DNS records – CNAME, MX, SPF, and DMARC.
These need to be added to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
You can also find the same DNS records listed below. It may take 10 minutes to 48 hours for these records to fully propagate.
To avoid delays, we recommend adding these records before you sign up. However, if you add them during signup and they don’t connect immediately, you can come back later to complete the process
Step 5:
Once your domain is successfully verified, you’ll receive an email with your admin panel login credentials.
Step 6:
Log in to the admin panel and create or manage your custom mailboxes.
Step 7:
Your team can now log in with their mailbox credentials at: mail.greenmormail.com

Optional: Use on Multiple Devices (IMAP only)
To keep emails synced across devices, IMAP is recommended. POP3 should only be used on a single device to avoid email loss.
Renewing or Cancelling Mailboxes
Greenmor Mail subscriptions are not auto-renewed. You are in full control of your mailbox lifecycle—from renewal to cancellation.
Notes:
A. Renewal Policy:
1. Each mailbox is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Greenmor Mail does not support automatic renewals.
3. You must manually renew your mailboxes each year to keep them active.
B. Things to Know Before Cancelling or Replacing:
1. If you cancel a mailbox before its expiry, no refund will be issued.
2. If you delete a mailbox and create another one in its place, the unused tenure is not transferable.
3. Always take a POP3 backup of your emails before deleting a mailbox.
4. Once deleted, the mailbox and its data cannot be recovered
