## Data regions & residency

At sign-up you can choose the region where your mailbox and data are primarily
stored: **India**, the **European Union**, or the **United States**. Some limited
metadata, backups and security logs may be processed across regions to operate
and secure the service, and email in transit naturally crosses networks.

## Plans & pricing

Billing is annual, per mailbox. Illustrative published pricing:

- **Base plan (per mailbox):** approx. **USD $1 / mailbox / month** (about
  **$12 / mailbox / year**; INR approx. ₹948 / mailbox / year, GST extra).
- **Included per mailbox:** 15 GB storage, 100 emails/day (100 MB attachment
  limit per day), full webmail + calendar + notes, video conferencing + Drive,
  folder protection + Discuss, unlimited aliases, E2EE + 2FA + spam filtering,
  and 200,000 AI credits.
- **Extra storage:** billed per additional 15 GB block (approx. USD $3 / INR ₹300
  per block, per mailbox).
- **Extra sending:** billed per additional email/day (approx. USD $0.08 / INR ₹6.5
  per additional email/day, per mailbox).
- **White-Label Reseller:** one-time fee; resellers set their own retail pricing.

**What do I need to create a mailbox?**
You'll need to attach your own domain to create a mailbox with GreenmorMail.

**Can I use the mailbox to send bulk emails?**
Yes. You can use the Outreach feature to find prospects, design campaigns and
send email sequences to grow your business, within the Anti-Spam Policy.

**Will I be able to sign up for Google services with this email?**
Yes. You can use your custom email address to sign up for Google services such as
Analytics or Search Console. A Google account is needed for such services, not a
Gmail account.

**How do I set up my email?**
Sign up, add a domain, purchase a mailbox and configure it — usually about 10
minutes. Support can guide you if needed.

**Can I increase storage and sending limits?**
Yes. After configuring your mailboxes you can increase storage and sending limits
as needed. The billing cycle is annual.

**Can I access my email on Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail?**
Absolutely — the service works with any email app that supports IMAP, SMTP or POP.

**Is there a mobile app?**
Yes. There is a web app that can be installed from your mobile browser.

**Is my email secure and private?**
